From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by Kadir, who kindly upgraded our rooms to larger ones for no extra charge. We had a small issue with our luggage going missing at the airport, but Kadir were very good too help us retrieve it. He even personally picked it up from the local tram station when the airport staff couldn't find the hotel.

The hotel's location is fantastic, right across from the main attractions in Sultanahmet at very competitive prices. It is close to the main places to visit and the main square, with transportation options readily available. The hotel facilities are modern and trendy, with super clean furniture and spacious rooms. The cleanliness is perfect, and the breakfast is fresh and enjoyable. The staff is friendly, helpful, and goes above and beyond to provide really good service.

The service at this hotel is absolutely wonderful. The staff are always attentive and willing to help with any request. They even went above and beyond by upgrading our room for free and surprising us with a fruit plate on our last day. It's the little details like these that make this hotel truly special.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated down busy streets and close to all the popular attractions. The T1 tram just a few minutes away made it convenient to travel to the airport. The room was spacious and clean, with a lovely sea view balcony. The bathroom had all the necessary amenities and was kept well-stocked. The service was exceptional, with friendly and helpful staff who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. The complimentary Turkish coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch. The breakfast spread was tasty and offered a good variety of options. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.
The doors in the hotel were a bit loud, which was slightly bothersome at times.

The room wassuper clean and cozy, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They provided us with useful information about the city and gave us a map to navigate around. The location of the hotel was great, as it was close to all the major attractions in the city. We were able to visit Ayasofya and other places within a short walking distance.
There was a sewage smell outside the hotel that we encountered twice. It was unpleasant and made it difficult to enjoy the surroundings.
